AllynD Posted Jun 15, 2010, 3:32 am	I'm unable to select or tab to the Release date filed. This is one of my my key interests in a a ID3 editor. Any assistance would be appreciated.
jamesrae Posted Jun 18, 2010, 2:59 pm	Which version are you using? If 1.15.12, have you set the version to 2.3? If so, changing to 2.4 or auto will fix this as 2.3 does not support release dates.
odelljh Posted Nov 7, 2011, 5:43 am	I am using 1.16.12 but still not able to edit the release date. I did convert the tag version of the mp3 I am trying to edit in iTunes to v2.4. Still no luck. What am I missing? Thanks
jamesrae Posted Nov 7, 2011, 8:23 am	Did you change the version to 2.4/auto in the preferences/options of ID3 Editor? As, if the version option is set to 2.3 the assumption is that you want 2.3 compatibility and thus all 2.4 fields will be disabled and removed when the track is updated.
