markp Posted Oct 28, 2013, 12:47 pm	Is the reply separator different on these messages to the standard separators? As this would make it ignore the reply and then use a bottom signature for a new message. The reply separators are available by right-clicking on Settings in the manager and selecting Properties.

markp Posted Nov 8, 2013, 7:25 am	Do you have the source for the messages or for the divide between the reply and the original? As without the source it is difficult to know what reply separator should be used. I do know that support was looking into an issue with <pre> enclosed messages which may be the problem you have.
