I am KatherineYukayev, Head of Bond Management, Russia Ministry of finance. I contacted you concerning a Bond investment placed under our management, to the tune of Eighteen Million United States Dollars.
While we are suspecting death of the Beneficiary after trying to reach him for over six months with all the available contacts in his Bond documentation form.
