Hi,

I would like to use the user info in active directory to make each signature contain the DDI tel number information etc... for that users. Is this possible?

I have looked through the manual but cannot find any reference to this.

Hi,

Just done something similar at the company I work for. What we've done is create a VB Script to extract the AD data, and create an Outlook autosignature, which the user cannot change.
