We have installed the demo version of the software (2.5.14) and have a few issues.

The Mail Desktop Alert in Outlook is showing the plain text version of the disclaimer regardless of what version is actually in the email (HTML version for example). Why would this happen?

Also, when we send mail using Rich Text format to internal users, the HTML version of the dislaimer is appearing (and the email seems to have been converted to HTML). Why would this happen?
